Having previously carried out all works at their newly opened shops in Manvers and College Walk, Rotherham, S&G Site
Installation Services Ltd transformed an empty space at the Rotherham Hospice’s flagship store into a modern and functional retail and café environment.
Key works included:
- Café area - Designed and installed a modern café area featuring stylish timber wall cladding and a realistic foliage accent
wall.
- Mechanical and Electrical Works: Full installation & certification of advanced electrical & extraction systems to support the café, retail and back of house areas.
- Partition Walls: Constructed to divide the retail area into distinct zones for various sales categories, enhancing functionality and customer flow.
- Custom Rails and Shelving: Fabricated and installed bespoke clothing rail solutions to showcase the hospice’s various
garments on offer.
- Facilities Fit-Out: Created unisex toilets complete with baby changing facilities and a dedicated disabled access option
along with a fully equipped staff room and office space.
