S&G Site Installation Services Ltd undertook extensive external wall remediation at The Works, Withy Grove, addressing combustible insulation and deficiencies in fire stopping across the building’s façades.

Cavity barriers and fire stopping were installed around openings, at floor levels and within balcony areas to help restrict the spread of fire and smoke and protect residents. Installations were photographed and recorded to provide a detailed handover record.

Additional works included balcony repairs and waterproofing to address water ingress, alongside curtain walling and glazing remedials. Works were coordinated using around the occupied building to maintain access and minimise disruption.
